I'm not a consultant who studied businesses from the outside. I've owned and operated them.

Over the past 20+ years, I've run a marketing agency, operated a live music venue for a decade, owned and run restaurants, launched the first retail store in Winnipeg dedicated to local gift brands, and grown a popular pizza restaurant brand. Today, I work with teams and leaders to bring play into the workplace through Pop CoLab.

I know what it feels like when cash flow is tight, when your team isn't clicking, when your marketing feels like shouting into a void, because I've lived all of it, more than once.

What I've learned is that the difference between businesses that survive and the ones that actually thrive usually comes down to one thing: having someone in your corner who asks the right questions.
