About
the Host

Lauren Best is a Certified Hypnotherapist and the Founder of Possibilities Universe, where she helps individuals and organizations disrupt perfectionism, expand possibility, and cultivate a culture of creativity, self-celebration, and intuitive leadership. With a background in product design, human-centered design, and business transformation, Lauren has worked with public and private sector organizations across Canada, the US, Australia, the Netherlands, Singapore, and beyond.

Her workshops blend creativity, experimentation, speculative emergent design, writing, hypnosis, and self-permission to help participants reconnect with their authentic selves and embrace new experiences without the pressure of perfection. By sharing tools and experiences that foster openness, curiosity, and self-trust, she guides teams and individuals to break free from limiting beliefs, enhance emotional intelligence, and unlock their full potential.

Lauren’s facilitation approach is immersive, interactive, and deeply reflective. She creates a supportive space where participants feel safe to explore new perspectives, challenge traditional ways of thinking, and experiment without fear of failure. Through guided introspection, hands-on exercises, and collaborative discussions, she helps groups cultivate a culture of innovation, resilience, and authentic self-expression.
By partnering with Lauren, you will gain access to transformative experiences that foster well-being, creative confidence, connectivity and personal growth—empowering teams to navigate uncertainty, embrace change, and create meaningful impact while having fun.
