Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair access to our services and optimize scheduling for all members, we’ve implemented the following booking guidelines: Daily Appointment Limit: Members can book up to 2 appointments per day. This policy ensures that all members have equal opportunities to access available time slots. Advance Booking Window: Appointments can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance. This allows us to maintain flexibility in our scheduling and accommodate future planning for our members. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, which help us create a balanced and efficient booking experience for everyone.
