Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair access to our services and optimize scheduling for all members, we’ve implemented the following booking guidelines: Daily Appointment Limit: Members can book up to 2 appointments per day. This policy ensures that all members have equal opportunities to access available time slots. Advance Booking Window: Appointments can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance. This allows us to maintain flexibility in our scheduling and accommodate future planning for our members.
