A teaspoon of rich simple syrup balances it all with a touch of sweetness. Top it off with 2 oz of sparkling soda water for that fizzy sparkle and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Ingredients
1 oz DHOS Gin (The Sobr Market)*
2 oz Something & Nothing -Â Â Cucumber Premium Soda*
.25 oz Abiding Citizen  - Lemon Lime Small Batch Shrub*
2 oz Sparkling Soda Water
1 tsp Abiding Citizen - Rich Simple Syrup*
Ice cubes
Mint leaves for garnish
Preparation
Pour Gin, cucumber soda, lime juice, and simple syrup over ice.
Pour into a glass filled with ice.
Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
Garnish with a cucumber slice and fresh mint leaves.
