We begin with group reflection and discussion to challenge current beliefs about negotiation. Next, we explore a decolonized approach to reclaim wealth as an ancestral right. Participants leave with a framework to enhance self-awareness and self-advocacy in negotiations. Can also serve as a general negotiation workshop.
