We are seeking an enthusiastic and "organized" Team Member to help bring the POP CoLAB experience to life. This role involves supporting programming, events, and daily operations while ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and engaged. You will be a key part of creating and maintaining a fun, inspiring environment where people can gather, connect, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with setting up and coordinating team-building activities, workshops, and DIY projects.

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
​

Manage daily operations of the space, including booking support, organizing supplies, and helping maintain the overall environment.

Support and guide guests through hands-on activities at our DIY Station.
​

Engage with members, facilitating a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere.
​

Assist with event planning and coordination for corporate team-building days and other special events.
​

Promote POP CoLAB’s core values of creativity, play, and neurodiversity.
