The Pop Fizzz with DHOS Gin is a crisp, non-alcoholic cocktail that combines the botanical notes of 1 oz of DHOS Gin with the refreshing coolness of 2 oz of Something & Nothing Cucumber Premium Soda.

Ingredients
• 1 oz DHOS Gin (The Sobr Market)*
• 2 oz Something & Nothing - Cucumber Premium Soda*
• .25 oz Abiding Citizen - Lemon Lime Small Batch Shrub*
• 2 oz Sparkling Soda Water
• 1 tsp Abiding Citizen - Rich Simple Syrup*
• Ice cubes
• Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
• Pour Gin, cucumber soda, lime juice, and simple syrup over ice.
• Pour into a glass filled with ice.
• Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
• Garnish with a cucumber slice and fresh mint leaves.
