THE LEGO®
SERIOUS PLAY®
METHOD
What is the LEGO® Serious
Play® and how does it work?
LEGO SERIOUS PLAY (LSP) is a facilitation methodology that uses LEGO bricks as a hands-on tool for reflection, problem-solving, team-building, and strategic thinking. Rather than just talking about ideas, participants build three-dimensional models to express, explore, and refine their thoughts. This active, visual, and collaborative process typically leads to deeper insights and stronger commitment among team members.

Backed by Solid Research
This is where this highly innovative and very powerful methodology comes into the picture. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is backed by solid research and just because it makes use of LEGO bricks, does not mean that it is child’s play.
It’s in fact a serious way of tackling team challenges to create a team that shares, tells stories and is prepared to be a truly focused team where everyone is included.
