We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team and support the operations of both POP CoLAB and Made Here Manitoba. If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about creativity and local entrepreneurship, we want to hear from you!

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

Sourcing and Procurement:
-
Assist in sourcing materials and supplies for POP CoLAB workshops and events.
-
Work with local vendors and suppliers to procure high-quality, sustainable materials.

Grants and Funding:
-
Research and identify grant opportunities relevant to POP CoLAB and Made Here Manitoba.

Assist in the preparation and submission of grant applications and funding proposals.
-
Track grant application statuses and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
​
Program and Event Assistance:
-
Support the planning and execution of POP CoLAB programming and events.
-
Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, materials preparation, and attendee communication.
-
Assist in promoting events through various channels and ensuring a smooth attendee experience.
​
Logistics and Operations:
-
Oversee day-to-day logistics, ensuring the smooth operation of both POP CoLAB and Made Here Manitoba.

Manage inventory, order supplies, and handle shipments and deliveries.
-
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
List Title
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Business Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
-
Experience with grants and funding applications is a plus.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
